VIVID Fitness Gear — Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

We ship orders from two warehouses: Australia and China.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australian Warehouse: 3–8 business days (Australia-wide)

  • China Warehouse: 4–12 business days (international + select domestic items)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will always be clearly advertised on our website.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to begin updating.


Lost, Delayed or Stalled Shipments

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link first to see the latest scan or courier update.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or you believe your package may be lost, email us at:

We will contact the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note:
VIVID Fitness Gear is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, courier backlogs, weather events, or carrier disruptions.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Returns-to-Sender

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

VIVID Fitness Gear is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels returned to sender due to address errors or unclaimed delivery

If your parcel is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of incorrect addresses.


Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, side gates, parcel lockers, or with neighbours

  2. Contact the courier directly for GPS confirmation

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@vividfitnessgear.com

Orders marked as delivered by the courier may require investigation before replacements are issued.
VIVID Fitness Gear is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
