Refund policy

If you're not happy with your towel, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, even if it's been used and washed. This includes towels bought in a 2-pack or 3-pack. Return postage is at your cost, and original shipping costs aren't refunded. Your refund is issued once we receive the towel back.
