30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vividfitnessgear.com so we can resolve the issue.
For orders marked as delivered by the courier, additional investigation may be required before issuing replacements or refunds.
VIVID Fitness Gear is not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

VIVID Fitness Gear is not liable for lost return parcels without valid tracking.
International Orders & Returns

For all international orders:
