Ours is built for the bench: 140 x 55cm of 300gsm microfibre terry loops, with a hood that hooks over the headrest and a zip pocket for your phone and keys. Add the magnet strap for $10 to hang it on steel racks between sets, backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Most gym towels are made for wiping sweat, not for lying on. A small sweat towel covers your shoulders at best and tends to slide during a set.

A hooded gym towel is made for the bench itself. At 140 x 55cm it covers the full length of a bench, and the hood hooks over the headrest so it stays put while you train. A zip pocket keeps your phone and keys with you between exercises. It's made from soft, quick-drying microfibre terry and comes in six colours. From a small Australian-owned brand, it's a gym towel built for commercial and home gyms alike.

Your towel shouldn't be part of your workout.

Most gym towels are too small for a bench and have nothing holding them in place. A face towel is around 40cm wide. A bench is 55cm across and over a metre long, so your skin still ends up on vinyl someone else just used.
